1. The Trust hereby established shall be named as “VIDHYAMITRA FOUNDATION”.
2. Place & Address Office of the Trust shall be situated at, or at such other place in India as the Trustees may from time to time think fit.
3. OBJECTS The objects for which the Trust is founded are:
